Overview

Training Administrator – Banbridge

Working hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday; 8am - 3pm Friday

Vickerstock are proudly partnering with an industry leader in the UK and Ireland's Building Services sector, known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and offsite-prefabricated energy solutions to appoint a Training Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, inductions, and workshops
  • Manage all training logistics: venues, materials, bookings, and trainer coordination
  • Liaise with external providers on course content, scheduling, invoicing, and cost management
  • Maintain accurate training records and certification data
  • Track and arrange refresher training based on expiry dates
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal databases
  • Support new starter onboarding, ensuring mandatory training is completed
  • Collect and analyse feedback for continuous improvement of training programs
  • Prepare training trackers, matrices, and reports for audit and management review
  • Support the creation and facilitation of internal training sessions and materials
  • Assist in professional development programs, including apprenticeships and NVQs
What you will need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a training, learning & development, or HR support role
  • High attention to detail and strong data entry capabilities
  • Effective communicator (verbal & written), with ability to present to teams when needed
  • Strong reporting skills and experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms or HR systems
  • Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information
Desirable
  • Background in a compliance-heavy or technical sector (construction, manufacturing, engineering)
  • Understanding of CITB, HSE or similar frameworks
  • Interest or experience in content creation or training delivery
  • Qualifications such as CIPD, IOSH, or NEBOSH
  • Experience with apprenticeships or vocational qualifications
