EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to join our existing team.

This work is within a Chilled Food Manufacturing Factory and will involve working within both the factory and office environments.

As Training Administrator you will:

Support Manager and Team Leaders with ensuring policy and procedure specific training is completed in a timely manner within production

Ensure all training matrices are up to date and training records are maintained

Help with determining specific job training requirements

Issue training packs to support on the job training for new employees, and those moving into new positions

Scan and file training record documentation

Support the reporting of accurate training performance

Support Albert Bartlett's communicate engagement, including supporting school/college visits, and occasional in house community fundraising activities

The Successful Applicant

Experience & Knowledge

Proven experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing environment

Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations

Familiarity with training documentation

Skills & Abilities

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail, especially in maintaining training records and certifications

Ability to manage multiple training schedules across shifts

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Personal Attributes

Proactive and self motivated

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing production priorities

Strong work ethic

About The Role

HOURS OF WORK

Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:00

SALARY

£12.21 per hour
