Job Opportunity: Paint Spraying Support

Are you interested in entering the paint spraying industry or looking to advance your career with excellent on-the-job training? We are supporting our client, who is expanding their team based in Hinckley.

This full-time role leads to a permanent contract. You will support experienced paint sprayers with various jobs, including bulk projects and one-off tasks.

Your daily tasks will include:

1. Prepping products prior to paint application
2. Masking and taping objects to be painted
3. Learning how to spray with various materials such as primer, solid colours, metallic finishes, and soft finishes
4. Quality checking to ensure perfect finishes
5. General warehouse duties like lifting, shifting, cleaning, storage, and distribution
