Up to £30,000 p/a

Bell Cornwall are recruiting for a Birmingham city centre law firm who are looking for a trainer / training coordinator to join their HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, who possesses a passion for training coordination, sourcing, administration, and delivery.

The Role:
This role will support the HR Director and the rest of the HR Team in building the skills knowledge of all teams across the firm. Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • First point of contact for all training queries within the firm.
  • Designing and delivering internal training courses, with particular focus on IT systems.
  • Overseeing and delivering the induction process for new joiners.
  • Coordinating all mandatory compliance training, maintaining an annual plan for delivery.
  • Managing and maintaining L&D systems.
  • Booking external training courses in response to requests from staff.
  • Collate feedback and evaluate training programmes.

The Person:

  • Experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver internal training.
  • Experience of producing training videos
  • Experience of delivering induction programmes
  • Skilled in delivering training on IT systems and software packages
