Job summary

Vision Business Support Services Ltd (VBSS) is recruiting for our motor vehicle team at the college. You will plan, deliver and assess students on vocational programmes, supporting learners across a range of levels.

The ideal candidate should have vocational qualifications to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, and be willing to work towards Assessor and teaching qualifications. Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, teamwork and a flexible professional attitude are also essential.

Qualifications

• Appropriate vocational qualifications to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Have, or be willing to work towards Assessor qualification.
• Have, or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• A flexible and professional attitude.
• Experience of teaching within an FE environment or current industrial experience.
• The ability to work with learners of all ages and abilities in various learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess students on vocational programmes across a range of learners.
• Deliver and assess across a range of programmes within the motor vehicle team.
