Job description

As an L&D Coordinator / Trainer with us, you'll design engaging e-learning and bespoke training programmes that support airlines around the world in protecting passenger travel. In this home-based role, you'll design and deliver engaging e-learning and bespoke training programmes that make a real impact. BASIC SALARY: Up to £35,000

LOCATION: Predominantly a home-based role, but you should be comfortable with commuting to different locations to facilitate and deliver training courses in the UK, with potential international travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION: L&D Coordinator, Trainer

Reporting to our Head of Learning, Development & Projects, you will need to be flexible with commuting to facilitate face-to-face training in the UK and potentially internationally. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating new courses for our e-learning library and bespoke programmes for clients.
  • Sourcing best practices and functionalities of current software, investigating new market options.
  • Staying current with e-learning trends.
  • Developing our training academy and courses.
  • Managing client seat groups, course allocations, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Reviewing and updating course materials and suggesting improvements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: The ideal candidate will have experience in e-learning roles, knowledge of software & design tools, and be proactive and decisive. Experience in designing and developing e-learning content, managing client groups, providing support, and working with WCAG standards is preferred.
