Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Cameron, UK, seeks an experienced Trainer, HSSE to develop and deliver health, safety and environmental training programs, inductions and toolbox talks for staff and contractors. You will maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include identifying training needs through risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, and updating materials to reflect changes in laws and procedures, supporting awareness campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Certified HES Trainer or equivalent (OSHA preferred).
• Experience in HSE training or a similar role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local HSE regulations and industry best practices.
