Summary

The Leicestershire College is looking for an experienced and flexible Engineering Trainer Assessor to join our apprenticeship team to support the growth of our Engineering Apprenticeship provision.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Trainer Assessor or someone wishing to leave industry, to work on a full-time contract to carry out Training and Assessing duties for apprentices and their employers in college and the workplace.


The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:



  • Competency in the subject area

  • An appropriate Assessor qualification (for example D32/D33/A1/TAQA, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards

  • A qualification at a minimum Level 3 in the subject area

  • Experience of working with individuals to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours
