Responsibilities
  • Guide and support students from initial enquiry to course selection.
  • Coordinate with Course Managers and Training agencies to facilitate student placements and employment.
  • Ensure student placements are safe and suitable, with clear work-based training objectives.
  • Participate in careers events, liaise with schools, and promote recruitment for automotive courses.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Work Based Learning teams to promote courses.
  • Represent the Work Based Learning Team in promotional activities.
  • Support industry by setting up bespoke training to meet industry needs.
  • Mentor candidates and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate with assessors to ensure comprehensive assessment opportunities.
  • Conduct formal NVQ assessments.
  • Monitor training quality delivered by subcontractors.
  • Conduct progress reviews with candidates and employers.
Skills & Experience
  • Level 3 Assessors Award (essential)
