A leading company specializing in staff well-being is looking for an L and D Coordinator / Trainer. In this predominantly home-based role, you will design and deliver impactful training programs, contributing to various sectors, with an emphasis on e-learning and client management. As an L and D Coordinator / Trainer with us, you'll design engaging e-learning and bespoke training programmes that support airlines around the world in protecting passenger travel. BASIC SALARY: Up to GBP 35,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Head of Learning, Development and Projects, you will facilitate face-to-face training in the UK and internationally, requiring flexibility in travel.
Responsibilities
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Experience in e-learning roles, knowledge of software and design tools. Proactive decision-making is essential. Experience in designing and developing e-learning content, managing client groups, providing support, and understanding WCAG requirements is preferred.
