Job description

As an L&D Coordinator / Trainer with us, you'll design engaging e-learning and bespoke training programmes that support airlines around the world in protecting passenger travel. In this home-based role, you'll design and deliver impactful training programs. If you're creative, proactive, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

BASIC SALARY: Up to £35,000

LOCATION: Predominantly home-based, with travel to various UK locations and internationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION: L&D Coordinator, Trainer

Reporting to the Head of Learning, Development & Projects, you will facilitate and deliver face-to-face training in the UK and internationally, requiring occasional travel.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Creating new courses for our e-learning library and bespoke client programs.
  2. Sourcing best practices and new functionalities of current software, exploring market alternatives.
  3. Staying current with e-learning trends.
  4. Developing our training academy and existing courses.
  5. Managing client seat groups, course allocations, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Reviewing and updating course materials and providing improvement suggestions.
  7. Conducting internal skill gap analysis and employee development reviews.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Ideal candidates will have experience in e-learning content design, managing client training, and supporting learners, with knowledge of WCAG standards. We value proactive individuals who can make decisions independently and work collaboratively.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Established in 2018, we focus on managing risks related to staff well-being in sectors including aviation. Our services include drug and alcohol testing, policy development, and well-being support through our Peer Support Programme. We aim to minimize substance misuse impacts and promote health and safety.

Relevant previous roles may include L&D Coordinator, Trainer, Learning Support Officer, E-Learning Developer, among others, across various sectors such as aviation, healthcare, energy, and public sector.
