About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IPC Trainer to deliver high-quality training in IPC 610 and IPC 7711 standards to our client's workforce. Alongside your training responsibilities, you will also play a hands-on role in their operations, contributing to technical assembly tasks when training demand allows.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and uphold your own IPC certification level
2. Train and certify team members in IPC 610 & IPC 7711 standards
3. Provide operational support within the production team when not training
4. Stay up to date with IPC standards and contribute to process improvements
5. Support new product introduction and ensure best practices are followed

What We're Looking For:

1. A certified IPC Trainer (or willingness to maintain certification)
2. Experience in technical assembly, electronics, or manufacturing
3. A passion for training, coaching, and developing others
4. Strong understanding of IPC 610 & IPC 7711 standards
5. Class 1 and Class 2 Soldering Experience
6. A team player who promotes continuous improvement and high standards
