We are seeking talented individuals to join our expanding team to deliver Levy and Commercial programmes to clients in the North East.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will have experience in Leadership & Management, delivering Level 3 & 5 programmes, and possess skills in people management, performance driving, coaching, mentoring, conflict management, change management, business finance, and project management. Responsibilities include delivering bespoke commercial leadership training and managing a caseload of learners.
