Are you passionate about helping others learn and grow? Join our team as a Trainer at Network Rail in Selhurst!

We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual to deliver high-quality training programmes, ensuring our colleagues achieve the highest safety and quality standards. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by empowering others with essential skills, knowledge, and confidence.

In return, you'll join an experienced and supportive team of three trainers based across the UK. This role is a part of a welcoming and encouraging environment with plenty of room to grow and develop your own skills.

About the role (External)

More about the role:

  • You will be delivering engaging training courses, (primarily virtual) to meet safety and quality requirements.
  • You will be facilitating knowledge tests or assessments to measure progress and success.
  • You will be motivating delegates in a collaborative and positive learning environment.
  • You will be supporting a culture of learning and development within the organisation.
  • Deliver training on a variety internal system (including Microsoft Copilot tools).


What will the ideal candidate have?

  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of rules, regulations, and working instructions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Network Rail systems from basic to advanced levels.
  • A minimum Level 3 NVQ in Learning and Development or equivalent, or significant training experience.
  • A commitment to driving cultural change.
