What we are looking for:

• Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
• Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, or presenting to adults
• Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
• Car owner and driver with insurance for business use (mileage paid) or access to suitable public/private transport
• An enhanced DBS check is required for this role

About the Role:

• Deliver training courses and assessments to professional standards in accordance with St John Ambulance requirements
• Maintain subject and professional competence as per organisational standards
• Building security, venue opening/closing, lone working
• Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to maintain high standards
• Pilot new training initiatives when needed
• Complete and submit all relevant course documentation accurately and promptly

We consider applications from Trainee Trainers without the relevant qualifications. St John Ambulance will provide all necessary training. While training, the salary will be reduced but will increase once qualifications are obtained.
