Job Description:

Fulbridge is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Support Workers to join our experienced team of Residential Children's Workers. We offer a wide range of day and night shifts, providing flexible hours to suit your availability.

This role requires a sensitive, caring, and professional approach to maintain our high standards of care and a person-centred approach. You will work closely with children and young adults aged 11 to 25 who are in the care system and come from diverse, complex backgrounds. Your daily tasks may include taking young people to education, appointments, shopping, leisure activities, and household chores such as cooking and cleaning.

You will help create a safe, stable, and happy environment for the young people to develop and thrive. Supporting their well-being is a key part of your role.

Experience and related qualifications are not essential as full training will be provided. Confidence in working sensitively and professionally with young people and staff is important.
