Responsibilities
Description of the Business Line or Department

The Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) division provides exposure and opportunities across Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange, Inflation, and Multi-asset universes. Supported by research, engineering, trading, and e-commerce capabilities, we offer insights, flow information, competitive pricing, and execution across various markets.

Summary Of The Key Purposes Of The Role
  • Assist xVA traders with daily tasks
  • Contribute to projects led by the team manager
  • Assist with xVA management
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to improve xVA pricers
Summary Of Responsibilities
  • Assist xVA traders with derivatives pricing across asset classes
  • Explain pricing assumptions and calculations to sales and trading teams
  • Monitor xVA fee workflows with support teams
  • Help optimize derivatives portfolios to reduce CVA, CVaR, and costs
  • Implement and monitor internal and external optimization tools
  • Contribute to development of pricing and risk management systems for xVA
Required Profile and Competencies
  • Degree or equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, or related field
  • Derivatives pricing experience preferred
  • Understanding of counterparty exposure calculations
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory constraints and resource limitations in Global Markets
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload
  • Organizational skills to meet strict deadlines in a busy Front Office environment
