Just Temps is supporting our client in Sudbury, Suffolk to recruit Trainee Welders. This temporary role offers on-the-job training and potential permanency. Expect working around welding and fabrication environments, with transport needs for site visits.

Opportunities to grow into skilled welding roles with progression potential. The role starts at £12.71 per hour with the possibility to increase as you learn, and includes holiday pay.

Qualifications

• No formal welding qualification required; training provided.
• Willing to travel to client sites.
• Own transport advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop MIG, TIG and MMA welding techniques.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and welding instructions.
• Prepare, cut, fit and weld metal components.
• Use welding equipment, hand tools and workshop machinery safely.
