Trainee Mobile Test Technician - Maidstone

No experience required - Full training and qualifications provided

Field Based - plus company car and fuel card

We have a fantastic opportunity to join an international company offering full training and future industry-led qualifications. As a Trainee Ventilation Technician, you will join a specialist filtration testing business working with prestigious clients across the country, mainly within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

This role suits practical, hands-on individuals. You should be physically fit and comfortable climbing ladders. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as you will travel and work on various client sites, representing the company. Clear, honest communication and a willingness to learn are crucial. You will be expected to work to high standards and take pride in your work.

The responsibilities of the Trainee Test Technician include:

  • Visiting client sites to carry out maintenance and testing according to PPM schedules
  • Working in and with Clean Rooms, Containment Facilities, Cabinets, Fume Cupboards, Clean Air Devices, Air Handling Equipment, etc.
  • Inspecting, checking, and validating air filtration systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Possible work in confined spaces, wearing restrictive clothing, and adhering to strict security protocols
  • Traveling nationwide, with occasional overnight stays and weekend work, scheduled in advance

To qualify for this role, you should:

  • Have good numerical skills, capable of learning calculations and conversion rates
  • Possess a full driving license, as a company vehicle is provided
  • Be able to pass a standard DBS/CRB check, with potential additional security checks in the future
