Overview

Trainee Field Service Engineer – Learn Plumbing, Electrics & Vending Systems

Are you curious, hands-on, and eager to build a career in a technical field? Do you enjoy problem-solving and learning new skills? We are looking for Trainee Field Service Engineers to join our growing team and become experts in repairing, maintaining, and servicing vending machines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in from day one, and develop real, practical skills in plumbing, electrics, and machine maintenance – all with full training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how to diagnose and repair vending machine faults with support from experienced engineers
• Work proactively to prevent issues before they affect customers
• Train in our engineers’ workshop, repairing and refurbishing machine components
• Deliver stock to customers and assist with installations and servicing
• Use Microsoft Office applications to complete reports and communicate with the team
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and by email
• Once trained, take responsibility for fulfilling service calls independently
