Job summary

Sytner Swansea BMW MINI is seeking a motivated Trainee Vehicle Technician to join the new workshop. You’ll start with a Level 2 NVQ and limited experience, with a clear development pathway toward Level 3 and BMW technical training.

You’ll be paired with an experienced BMW Technician, receiving hands-on guidance, coaching and support as you grow your skills in a modern workshop with the latest diagnostic tools and information.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ, or equivalent, in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• At least six months practical experience in paid automotive role.
• Genuine interest in developing your career as a Vehicle Technician.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to completing work to a high standard.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Professional and responsible approach to health and safety.
