Trainee Vehicle Technician (Caravans and Motorhomes)

£25,000 - £30,000 + Overtime + Full training + Company Benefits

Are you looking to train and build a long-term career as a Caravan & Motorhome Technician, working for a friendly, family-run business with a growing customer base and a strong reputation for quality and service?

In this role, you will support the service, installation, and repair of caravans and motorhomes, working primarily in our fixed workshop, with occasional tasks carried out outdoors. You'll be involved in a variety of hands-on duties, including fault finding, routine servicing, and fitting a wide range of equipment. Full training will be provided both in-house and through manufacturer training centres, covering areas such as servicing, woodwork, habitation checks, plumbing, electrical installation, diagnostics, and general repairs.

The Role:

  • Service, maintain, and repair caravans and motorhomes
  • Install new equipment including solar panels, air-con units, Wi-Fi, bike racks, levelling systems, TVs, awnings, and more
  • Assist with plumbing, gas systems, damp repairs, electrical work, woodwork, and habitation checks
  • Based at a fixed workshop in Camberley with some outdoor working (clothing provided)
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • Full training provided (in-house and manufacturer-led)

The Person:

  • Trainee Vehicle Technician with a background in Caravans and Motorhomes or similar
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and mechanically minded
