Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure, through its GTC division in Scotland, seeks a Trainee Multi Utility Team Assistant to support installation of gas, water and electrical infrastructure on and off site. The role offers a pathway into civil utility work within a supportive environment designed to develop practical skills and safety awareness.

Applicants should hold a driving licence and be prepared to work to site procedures and PPE requirements, with opportunities for hybrid or flexible arrangements where

Qualifications

• SHEA Gas, Water or Electric.
• Identify & Understand Utility Plans.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation and commissioning of gas, water and electrical infrastructure.
• Maintain high safety and technical quality following method statements and safety instructions.
• Accept delivery of plant and materials and check fitness for purpose.
• Ensure vehicles, plant and equipment are in good condition and report defects.
• Follow site risk assessments and attend toolbox talks.
• Record details of work accurately and perform other duties as required by the Construction Manager.
