Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Ticketing Agent located in our Canterbury office. The Trainee Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling ticket sales, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, managing reservations, and supporting sales efforts. The trainee will work closely with the team to ensure seamless travel arrangements for our clients.
