Starting salary up to £30,496.26 for Inner London roles.
Weekly hours: Around 40 hours, operating Mon-Sat with shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm (rota provided in advance).
Technicians work in branches or out in fully equipped vans, helping customers get back on the road by repairing and replacing glass to high standards. We also offer opportunities to sell additional products like wipers and rain repellent. We provide training, tools, and support to help you succeed and grow your skills.
Our Technicians come from diverse backgrounds including retail, hospitality, logistics, driving, and the motor industry. Customer service and sales skills are essential. Whether you’re a school leaver or changing careers, being self-motivated, personable, and eager to learn are key. A full UK driving license and right to work in the UK are required; we will teach you the rest, and our state-of-the-art tools will help you lift and fit screens safely and confidently.
