Trainee Technician - Windscreen Repair & Replacement - Bristol

Apply now for the Trainee Technician position at Autoglass in Bristol. This full-time role involves repairing and replacing vehicle windscreens, providing excellent customer service, and working with industry-standard tools and equipment.

Location: Bristol, UK

Contract Type: Regular, Full-time

Salary: Starting from £27,723.87 per annum

Working Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, operating Mon-Sat with shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm (rota provided in advance)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in windscreen repair and replacement, adhering to high industry standards.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and promote additional products such as wipers and rain repellent.
3. Work either from our branches or fully equipped vans in the field.
4. Support the team in achieving business KPIs through sales and service excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Good customer service and sales skills.
2. Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
3. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and great with people.
