Readypower Complete Drain Clearance is looking for a motivated and experienced Trainee Team Leader / Operator to support our operations. Based in Stafford & the North West, opportunities are available for full time personnel.

The role:

• Must carry out pre start checks on arrival and report any plant faults on their defect book along with reporting to On Call.
• Carry out Site Survey reports and sent into the hire office in a timely manner.
• Check all staff are fit for work with the correct PPE.
• Engage & Liaise with customers whilst out on site.
• Conduct Tool Box Talks to your team.
• Raise Close Calls as and when necessary
• Ensure the safe operation of OTP/ Mobile Plant in line with current rules and standard
• Operate plant you have competence for and authorisation to use, under supervision and correctly use plant for its intended use
• Carry out your undertaking professionally and politely, whilst utilising communication devices to enhance safety
• Deliver site specific briefs to the team at the start of the shift, so that they have a clear understanding of the works to be carried out

Requirements:

• An up to date PTS
• Full Driving Licence
• Hold an OTP Core, Machine Operator Highway Permissible Vehicle Competence, Confined Spaces Competence, and High Pressure Water Jetting Competence
