Job summary

DOF seeks a Trainee Team Lead in Aberdeen to support the Engineering Department on the people side. You will help recruit, onboard, train and plan the workforce for onshore and offshore teams, collaborating with the Engineering Department Manager.

As a trainee you will receive on‑the‑job training and development opportunities to grow within the role, while focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding and personnel planning across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree within Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Business Administration or similar.
• Relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office package.
• Fluent in English.

We are looking for a Trainee Team Lead to join our Engineering Department in Aberdeen

DOF’s Engineering department consists of personnel onshore and offshore within various roles and disciplines. We are currently looking for a Trainee Team Lead who will be dedicated to support the Engineering Department on the people side.

The Trainee Team Lead will work closely with the Engineering Department Manager supporting the Engineering Team life cycle from recruitment and onboarding, to training, development and workforce planning. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the engineering team.

Some of the main responsibilities in this role include:
