Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Trainee Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream school in Blackburn for the 2026/2027 academic year. You will support teachers, work with pupils in small groups, and help maintain a positive learning environment. Experience with children is essential, and no formal TA qualification is required.

The role is temporary with DBS checks and safeguarding commitments in place. Salary is £14.25 per hour, with full on-site duties and ongoing guidance from experienced
