Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in education as Trainee Teaching Assistants across Hyndburn and the East Lancashire area. No prior school experience or teaching qualifications are required, with paid, on-the-job training provided.

You will support pupils, work with small groups or provide one-to-one help, and develop practical classroom skills while earning £14.24–£14.50 per hour via PAYE. Immediate starts available following safeguarding checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in support work, care, residential settings or similar roles.
• Ability to build relationships and provide supportive assistance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
