About the role

Trainee Teaching Assistant (part & full time)

Gainsborough

£89 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education are excited to provide this incredible opportunity to support passionate people with getting into the education sector, no experience required! We work alongside our client schools to provide successful Trainee Teaching Assistants with high quality training and paid on the job experience.

Prior to staring your placement, you will be required to complete a comprehensive training programme which will give you the essential skills you need to work as a Trainee Teaching Assistant. The role of Trainee Teaching Assistant will vary between schools, you may be supporting the teacher in the whole classroom, running small group interventions or working on a 1:1 basis.

Requirements:

The desired Trainee Teaching Assistant will;

  • Have passionate for supporting children
  • Be kind, caring and compassionate
  • Be proactive and a good communicator
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team
  • Be committed to complete the required training and participating in ongoing CPD
  • Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check & register with the update service
  • Have your own transport
