Vision for Education is a leading education recruitment agency that works closely with primary, secondary and SEN schools across Kent. We are currently looking for Trainee Teaching Assistants in the Ashford area

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in education and make a real difference in the lives of children. We are seeking a hard-working, flexible and creative individual who is enthusiastic about inspiring and supporting children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside class teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences which adapt to each child s individual needs
  • Support in assessing and documenting children s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability
  • Aid class Teacher s in creating a vibrant classroom setting and create learning resources to enhance children s learning
  • Work as part of a team to provide tailored support to children on a 1:1 or group basis

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.

Salary and Qualifications

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
