Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd are seeking individuals to begin a career in education through our National Teaching Assistant Programme. You will work as a Trainee Teaching Assistant in schools across Swansea east, covering Morriston, LLansamlet, Birchgrove and more.

After a successful interview and checks, we will support you in securing a paid placement within a school to develop your skills, confidence, and identity as an educator.

About the Role

We work in partnership with local schools to provide Trainee Teaching Assistants with high-quality training alongside paid, on-the-job experience.

Following a successful interview and completion of suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will support you in securing a paid placement within a school. This placement will help you develop your skills, build your confidence, and shape your identity as an educator.

You'll also have the opportunity to explore and specialise in areas such as EYFS, KS1, KS2, secondary education, and SEND provision.
