Cranbrook School is seeking a motivated and ambitious Physics graduate with a passion for teaching to join our Graduate Apprentice Teacher Programme. If you are eager to embark on a route into teaching that maximises your time in the classroom, leads to qualified teacher status and includes bespoke support for your rapid development, we want to hear from you.

Cranbrook School has a well-resourced and innovative physics department with an experienced, friendly team. Our forward-thinking approach creates an exciting environment with a strong focus on improving teaching and learning. Pupils thoroughly enjoy learning physics at our school. We offer excellent opportunities for professional development in a collaborative and supportive setting.

This programme enables apprentices to take up paid employment in school while benefitting from a blended learning approach that culminates in a professional teaching qualification that will equip you to take the next steps on your career journey.

You will spend 80% of your time working in school and 20% attending training delivered by our teacher training partner. This will lead to the award of qualified teacher status (QTS) with the option of obtaining a PGCE qualification.
