Progression Plan Overview

Year 1 - Senior Joiner

Join a variety of projects including domestic window and door replacements, conservatories, extensions, and aluminium installations. Training includes Health & Safety, PASMA tower scaffolds, and aluminium system fitting.

Year 2 - Trainee Surveyor / Joiner (Dual Role)

Split your time between practical joinery and beginning to measure and survey straightforward installations.

Year 3 - Trainee Surveyor

Focus more on surveying, shadowing the Survey Manager and getting involved in complex projects like conservatories and aluminium systems.

Year 4 - Qualification & Promotion

Complete your NVQ Level 3 in Fenestration Surveying with full support. Upon completion, progress to a fully qualified Surveyor role.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A background in joinery or carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A full UK driving licence
• A desire to learn and grow into a surveying role
