Job summary

RE People in Cheltenham is seeking a Trainee Surveyor / Estimator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support warehouse operations, assist with estimating projects, and learn the installation processes for premium windows and doors.

Site surveys with experienced professionals, plus involvement from quotation through to completion, with progression to a Window & Door Surveyor earning £40,000-£50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
• Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Reliable, enthusiastic and motivated attitude

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse and logistics operations to understand the business
