- Assisting with quantity surveying duties, gaining knowledge and experience in the house building market, with progression to managing small sites from start to finish.

Main Duties:
- Carrying out site measurements in liaison with the Surveyor.
- Producing take-offs and labour rates, maintaining databases, and distributing information.
- Checking and updating databases and site documentation.
- Assisting with pricing, health & safety documentation, and other surveying tasks.
- Supporting material procurement, invoice payments, and site administration.
Essential Skills / Attributes:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Educated to A level or equivalent.
- Keen interest in Surveying.
- Good negotiation and time management skills.
- Computer literate and willing to learn.
Additional Skills / Attributes:
- Awareness of construction methods, standards, and health & safety.
- Studying or achieved a construction-related qualification with a Quantity Surveying focus.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and contract law.
- Proficient in valuation systems.
