Main Duties:

• Carrying out site measurements in liaison with the Surveyor.
• Producing take-offs and labour rates, maintaining databases, and distributing information.
• Checking and updating databases and site documentation.
• Assisting with pricing, health & safety documentation, and other surveying tasks.
• Supporting material procurement, invoice payments, and site administration.

Essential Skills / Attributes:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Educated to A level or equivalent.
• Keen interest in Surveying.
• Good negotiation and time management skills.
• Computer literate and willing to learn.

Additional Skills / Attributes:

• Awareness of construction methods, standards, and health & safety.
• Studying or achieved a construction-related qualification with a Quantity Surveying focus.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and contract law.
• Proficient in valuation systems.
