14.87 p/hour (including rotating shift allowance) + salary rises as you become more skilled.

We are looking for 2 x experienced Machine Operators (CNC or Press) to be cross training in either Surface Grinding or a Universal Grinding role with a client in Rugby.

There is a nationwide shortage of grinders, so this client is prepared to train candidates on this much needed skill providing you have the basic skills in machine operating, working towards tolerances and a great eye for detail.

You will be trained on how to operate, set, unload, quality check and perform simple maintenance.

The produce this client produces is made of ceramic which behaves differently to metal, so there is a learning curve.

It's Monday - Friday working a rotating shift between morning and afternoon.

This role offers:

• 14.87 p/hour as a starting salary including shift allowance.
