Location and Environment

The position is based in a large house and a one-bedroom flat in Risby. We support gentlemen on the autistic spectrum who may exhibit challenging behaviors. • Assist residents in trying new activities and participating in a variety of interests to promote independence and well-being.
  • Support residents with personal care, domestic tasks, and engaging in activities that foster a healthy lifestyle.
  • Support night-time and morning routines, including personal care and responding promptly to needs during night shifts.
  • Carry out cleaning duties and complete necessary paperwork.
Person Specification

We need staff who are flexible, passionate about caring for people, and committed to helping residents live as independently as possible while ensuring their safety. A full driving license and willingness to drive accessible vehicles are essential.
