Trainee Support Engineer (IoT Technology)

Are you a Junior Electrician, Electrician Mate or similar that wants to take the next step in your career as a fully qualified Support Engineer?

Do you want to work for a business that has gone from strength to strength in the last decade due to their un-parralled training, progression, and their staff retention?

In this role you will receive comprehensive training from industry experts on a 1 on 1 basis, been taken on all expenses trip to the Austrian HQ to meet the developers, engineers and put your hands on the technology.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with electrical wiring or electronic components, a willingness to learn and be a commutable distance to Theale.

THE ROLE:

• Make use of the comprehensives training suite including, electrical wiring, electronic components and software systems
• Once trained you will be support electricians that are installing the smart home system to troubleshoot remotely
• Work with senior members of the team to solve complex technical problems
• Monday to Friday office based in Theale

THE PERSON:

• Background in electrical wiring, electronic component knowledge, or similar
• Willingness to be trained on software, smart home systems and additional mains electrical systems
• Commutable distance to Theale
