As a Trainee Support Analyst based in Ripon you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for all in house IT issues, supporting employees with their IT issues
  • Working to a rota to support our staff via phone, email, live chat and the self-service portal
  • Liaising with IT teams internally, sending more complex issues over to the second line team
  • Forming and maintaining relationships with third parties and suppliers, liaising with them on a regular basis

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday –

  • Experience in a customer service background and to be able to provide exceptional customer service to our staff
  • The ability to liaise with and form relationships with Wolseley employees across the business when supporting them with IT issues
  • Previous IT experience or a keen interest in starting a career in IT
  • To be a team player and support where needed
