Job summary

British Engineering Services Group, including Inspire Structures, is seeking a Trainee Structures Examiner to support planning site examinations and inspect structures across the UK. The role involves compiling clear condition reports and maintaining safety for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including Maths and English.

Using a wide range of specialist access techniques, including rope access, confined space entry, underwater inspections and drone surveys, we’re able to safely inspect and assess even the most challenging locations, providing our customers with reliable insight into the condition and integrity of their assets.

What will you be doing?

• Assist in planning site examinations, including identifying risks
• Carry out examinations of structures to determine structural condition
• Compile and submit clear and accurate condition reports
• Take responsibility for your own health, safety and wellbeing, as well as that of others
• Once trained, support specialist examinations involving confined spaces or rope access techniques
