Job summary

SCWS is seeking a Trainee Structural Designer for an office-based role in Dereham. You will assist design teams, contribute to the designing and modelling of diverse building structures, and liaise with engineers and site staff to ensure accurate drawings. In-house training and civil engineering apprenticeships with City College are available but not compulsory.

Qualifications

• Some experience with CAD.
• Motivated and able to work in our friendly design team.
• Willing to undertake in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Design teams.
• Play an important part in the designing and modelling of a wide range of building structures projects.
• Liaise closely with engineers and site staff to ensure accurate drawing representation.
