An established industry player is seeking a Trainee Store Manager to join their dynamic team. Here at Deichmann, we are looking to appoint a Trainee Store Manager.
You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, with an initial salary of £30,500 per annum.
Based initially in a store within the district, after training, you will support and manage stores either on a planned or ad hoc basis across the surrounding areas, including Ilford, Stratford, East Ham, Wood Green, and Walthamstow.
This is an exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious team member or supervisor looking to progress into store management.
You will undergo first-class training and development, including managing stores on a planned and ad hoc basis, with potential to become a Cover Manager after training, and eventually a Store Manager of your own store.
You must be fully flexible regarding travel, as you will work across multiple stores. Previous experience in retail or a related sector is required. You should be able to problem-solve, think quickly, and be a people person with the ability to plan and coordinate resources, delivering exceptional customer service.
