You will have an LLB Degree and Diploma in Legal Practice.
You will assist in the provision of all legal and associated services to the Council, its Committees, Services, employees and, where appropriate, to any organisation in which the Council has an interest.
You will be a skilled communicator with good oral and written skills as well as having good organisational and time management skills along with being a good team worker with the ability to work under pressure. You will be flexible and adaptable to change. A willingness to undertake appropriate job-related training as required and the willingness and ability to work across a variety of areas of Court work, advice, and contracts is essential. A satisfactory Standard Disclosure check is required.
