Position: Trainee Site Supervisor

The Trainee Site Supervisor will support the Area Surfacing Manager in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of surfacing projects, including traffic management, minor civils, planning, and lining.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project delivery by managing resources effectively to minimize costs and impact.
• Assist in planning and overseeing surfacing projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate issues, and collaborate with colleagues for resolution.
• Maintain a proactive approach to health, safety, and wellbeing on site.
• Manage operational requirements, resource deadlines, and project timelines.
• Report on project status and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
