As a Milestone Construction Site Supervisor Trainee Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of the action, overseeing various sub-contractors and operative activities across several workstreams within the business. The main duties of a construction site supervisor include controlling health and safety standards on construction projects, recording, controlling, and reporting progress, and minimizing the environmental impact of construction activities.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

• HNC Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor qualification through our preferred training provider.
• Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon completion, you will be recruited on a permanent contract and promoted within the business. Further development opportunities include professional qualifications or training courses.
