Lovell is seeking a Trainee Site Manager for the North West region, based in Pendleton, Salford. You will report to the Site Manager and help implement the site programme while keeping the site presentable and safe for the public.

You will engage with NHBC inspectors, Building Control, Highways and Water Authority to ensure technical compliance and timely progress. A strong willingness to learn and grow within construction is essential.

Formación

• Basic awareness of NHBC Regulations, Building Regulations and good trade practice.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations, Environmental Regulations and structural principles.
• Enthusiastic with a proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and progress in Lovell.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out a variety of site management tasks and assist the Site Manager in delivering the programme.
• Ensure the site is tidy and presented to the public in a clean, orderly manner.
• Liaise with NHBC, Building Control, Highways and Water Authority Inspectors to ensure technical compliance and programme delivery.
• Support health, safety and environmental matters and assist with statutory forms and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supply chain, Lovell departments and clients/customers.
• Support quality control and compliance with the document management system.
