They are a market leader in delivering specialised offsite techniques and are seeking a Trainee Site Manager to support the delivery of new projects across the North of England. Ideally, candidates should be within commuting distance from Newcastle.

Responsibilities
  1. Shadow the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on site.
  2. Assist with compliance on health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  3. Help with site inspections and quality checks.
  4. Assist in managing timber frame and carpentry works, ensuring quality and precision.
  5. Monitor materials and resources, ensuring they are available.
Requirements
  • Previous experience or knowledge in carpentry or timber frame construction is desirable.
