Job Title – Trainee Site Manager

Project – Mixed Commercial Projects

Job Location – Antrim

Salary – Circa £25K – based on experience

About the Company

Working alongside a Main Contractor with a reputation for delivering a range of commercial projects across the Antrim Area.

They want to speak with Construction Management or Engineering Graduates who are eager to learn and progress in their career.

This role would also suit and experienced Tradesman/ Supervisor who is keen to push their career into professional Site Manager.

The Role

• Working on a range of commercial projects around the Antrim Area
• Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
• Read and interpret drawings
• Update Site Diary
• Assist weekly toolbox talks
• Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager & Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.

Requirements

• A Degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Or Relevant Trade Qualification
• Full Drivers Licence
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
